1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and unstitched
• Have original tags and packaging intact
• Be accompanied by the original invoice
• Be requested within 7 days of delivery

2. When Returns / Exchanges Are Accepted

We accept return or exchange requests in the following cases:

• Defective or damaged product received
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing item(s) in the order

3. Change of Mind Policy

We also offer exchange in case of a change of mind.
However, in such cases:

• Delivery charges will be paid by the customer

4. Important Instructions

• Items must not be used, washed, stitched, or altered before return request
• Fabric must remain in original condition
• Any damage after washing or usage will not be our responsibility

5. Delivery Charges Policy

• If the issue is from our side (wrong or defective item), we will cover all delivery charges
• For size change or personal preference, customer will bear delivery charges

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale or discounted items
• Used, washed, or stitched products
